Michael S. Caccese

Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Association for Investment Management & Research

Mr. Caccese is responsible for coordinating the legal aspects of all departments of the AIMR and overseeing the Advocacy and Professional Conduct Programs including the AIMR-PPS standards. Prior to joining AIMR, Mr. Caccese served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Frank Russell Company.  He also was coporate council for Federated Investors, supplying legal services for mutual funds and private investment advisory accounts.  Mr. Caccese also worked for the Securities and Exchange Commision, Enforcement Division, and the U.S. Attorney General, Criminal Justice Division.  He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from The Pennsylvania State University.
