Women in Performance & Risk Measurement Award

Somerset, NJ – March 1, 2018. TSG, Inc. (TSG) announced today that The Journal of Performance Measurement® is initiating an annual Women in Performance & Risk Measurement Award. This award will recognize outstanding women in the performance and risk measurement segment of the investment industry, who have contributed to its growth and met with personal success.
“TSG is proud of our efforts over the years in seeking to promote women in the industry,” said David Spaulding, DPS, CIPM, the firm’s founder and CEO. “We have regularly sought qualified women speakers for our events, assisted women seeking employment and advancement, and recognized women through interviews within the journal.”
“As the publishers of the only publication dedicated to investment performance and risk measurement, it seemed quite appropriate for us to initiate this award, which will be given annually,” said Patrick W. Fowler, the firm’s president. “We are hopeful that this award will not only recognize these contributors but also serve as a way to encourage other women to enter this growing and exciting field.”
The journal’s Advisory Board will vote on the nominations. Individuals wishing to nominate candidates for the award should send the woman’s name, along with some biographical information, to the Journal’s editor, Douglas Spaulding (DougSpaulding@tsgperformance.com) by March 15th.
