A Performance Analyst’s work generally consists of three steps: (1) gather data; (2) analyze data; and (3) communicate findings. Computer programming can streamline processes in all three stages and relieve analysts of the burden of conducting repetitive tasks. With more free time, analysts can focus on productive activities that add to the company’s bottom line. Python is a computer programming language capable of assisting Performance Analysts through all three stages of their work. As the distinction between technology and traditional companies continues to disappear, analysts benefit from incorporating computer programming into their everyday routines at work.
