Glenn Solomon is the Analytics and Compliance Manager for Cogent Investment Operations.  Mr. Solomon heads the Analytics and Compliance teams at Cogent, having responsibility for performance measurement, analytics and mandate compliance functions.  He has worked in the financial services industry for 12 years, the past 8 years in performance measurement and analytics, and previously at Westpac Investment Management and Permanent Trustees in performance measurement and related roles.  Mr. Solomon is an active participant in the performance arena, having chaired the P Group for four years, and is also Chair of the Editorial Committee of the Australian Investment Performance Standards (AIPS).  Additionally, he sits as a primary member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) funded Investment Performance Council (IPC), which oversees the development of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).  He also sits on the Country Standards and Interpretations sub-committees of the IPC.
