Stephen Campisi is Director, Corporate Portfolio Management for The Phoenix Companies, where he is the portfolio manager for the $4 billion in corporate, high yield, foreign, and Emerging Markets bonds. Prior to joining the Phoenix in 1994, he was with Mass Mutual Securities and Aetna Bond Investors. Since 1990, he has been an adjunct professor of finance at the Graduate School of Business of Western New England College, where he teaches classes in Investment Theory and Security Analysis.

He also taught for several years at The University of Connecticut. Steve holds an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.A. in Music from Montclair State University. He is past president of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts, and teaches several classes for their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) review course.
