Hours and hours went into designing and building this class, and while we could have just walked away, and put the training on our shelf, we knew understanding ROR is important to you, so we’ve decided to hold the class anyway, as a live, web-based training, and offer it to you at a significant savings.
This class takes the Rates of Return section from our Fundamentals of Performance class, expands it, enhancesit, and goes deeper into ROR than anything we’ve ever seen.
We’ve included loads of exercises so you can try out what you learn, and gain confidence in the material.
The class even ends with a “final exam” so you can see how far you’ve come, and identify areas that need more focus.
Whether you are new to performance, looking to get a foundational understanding of return measures, or an industry vet who wants to fill in gaps and refresh yourself, you need to participate.

Normally, we only offer classes like this in person, and you would have to pay a minimum of $950 plus travel to attend.
If you wanted us to come to your offices to conduct this training, the investment would be at least $650 per person with a minimum of $10,000, and you would have to cover our travel expenses.
But since we spent so much time creating this course, and we don’t want to see it go to waste, we are going to make you a special one-time-only offer.
On July 27, starting at 10 am EST., we are holding a special online learning event where we will present this material exactly as we would have for our client.
The class will be taught by Dr. David Spaulding, DPS, CIPM. It will run the full day, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions.
After you register, we will send you the slides to print out, and as a special bonus, after the class, we will send you the recording so that you can review or refresh yourself on the material any time you want.
